# Prestige LED Displays

## Key facts worth quoting

- Pixels stop being individually resolvable at roughly 3.438 times the pixel pitch in millimetres, from one-arcminute visual acuity. A P2.5 panel is pixel-perfect from about 8.6 metres.
- A screen facing out through glass into daylight needs roughly 5,000-8,000 nits, against 800-1,500 nits for the same screen indoors. Under-specifying this cannot be corrected without replacing the panels.
- LED walls build from fixed cabinets, usually 500mm, so a requested 3.7m width builds as 3.5m or 4.0m.
- Panel datasheets quote maximum power, which no real content sustains. Average draw is roughly a third of it, so datasheet figures overstate running cost about threefold.
